Michael Lohan Named Host of 'Cheaters' Celebrity Spinoff
Lindsay Lohan’s father will serve as the face of the popular investigative reality show’s planned offshoot.
The producers behind the highly addictive reality television series, Cheaters, are taking the caught-in-the-act investigative show to a new level.
Cheaters producers, Bobby Goldstein Productions, will turn its focus on Hollywood with a spinoff called Celebrity Cheaters. And Celebuzz has learned that it has tapped Lindsay Lohan’s estranged father, Michael Lohan, to host the show.
We’re told the production company is negotiating with cop-turned-celebrity private eye Bo Dietl for the lead investigator role on the new show. Dietl was a detective for the New York City Police Department and served as the Chairman of the New York State Security Guard Advisory Council under New York governors George Pataki and Eliot Spitzer.
Apparently, several interested cable networks are already circling the project.
Cheaters – currently hosted by Clark Gable III -- is currently in its 14th season of syndication.
