Trey Songz is spending major dollars on a new rental home in the Hollywood Hills.
The 13,000-square-foot mansion will be ready for Songz to move in on April 1 and offers some of the most lavish amenities a homeowner could ask for.
Even better: Songz' pal Ne-Yo lives just down the road!
As TMZ reported, the home has custom-designed floor-to-ceiling windows and majestic views of Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean. It also boasts a home movie theater, fitness center, chef's kitchen and elevator.

It doesnt make sense to me to rent at that price, why not buy something then.. Unless you're just staying in town for a little while, but then wouldnt a hotel be cheaper? He probably has his reasons, but the place is huge..
