Taylor Swift is moving away from the Kennedys.

Back during her summer romance with Conor Kennedy, the Grammy-winning singer dropped $4.8 on a Hyannis Port, Mass., oceanfront mansion, nearby the Kennedy family’s famed vacation compound.

"People say that about me, that I apparently buy houses near every boy I like — that’s a thing that I apparently do," Swift said coyly in the latest issue of Vanity Fair, though the magazine confirmed through a source that the singer did scoop up the property."If I like you, I will apparently buy up the real-estate market just to freak you out so you leave me."

Now, following the couple's breakup in September, Swift has said ta-ta to her Cape Cod abode, flipping the 4,400-square-foot pad for nearly a $1 million profit.

After owning the home for just seven months, the "I Knew You Were Trouble" singer — who Forbes crowned as the highest paid star under 30 — sold to a couple for $5,675,000 in February, realtor Bob Kinlin told E! News.

While the 7-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom pad was in her possession, Swift's team implemented some home improvements, from renovating the kitchen and some bathrooms to replacing the septic system.

The 1.1 acre property — which is just a short stroll from her former beau's summer getaway, a.k.a., the house of Ethel Kennedy — overlooks Nantucket Sound and has a guesthouse as well as a private beach.
