J.Law: I Was Bullied
Jennifer Lawrence reveals how she was picked on during her childhood years.
The Silver Linings Playbook and The Hunger Games actress, 22, admitted to Britain's The Sun newspaper that she dealt with "mean girls" during her school years in Louisville, Ken.
"I changed schools a lot when I was in elementary school because some girls were mean," she said.
"They were less mean in middle school, because I was doing all right, although this one girl gave my invitations to hand out to her birthday party that I wasn't invited to."
How did Lawrence -- who last month became the second youngest winner of the Best Actress Oscar -- deal with it?
"I just hocked a loogie on them and threw them in the trash can," the emerging actress joked.
And she had a piece of advice for anyone going through similar troubles.
"Don't worry about the bitches," she said, adding: "That could be a good motto, because you come across people like that throughout your life."
