You’re Going To Love Kate Spade’s New Line

Kristin Koch / March 29, 2013

We’re already obsessed with Kate Spade’s new Saturdays line, a more casual, more affordable collection of colorful clothes, accessories and home items (including great gifts!). The bright colors and fun prints Kate Spade is known for are there, but there’s a decidedly more bold and modern feel to this collection. Along with weekend-friendly styles (think: structured sweatshirts, tailored shorts, colorful denim skinnies), Saturdays has a slightly sexier vibe compared to the ladylike silhouettes that have become a signature of the iconic brand’s whimsical uptown girl. Cutout dresses, curve-hugging mini-dresses and back-baring tops are balanced by bold prints and bright colors to create the perfect … well, Saturday looks to take you from brunch to errands to drinks. Best of all, Saturdays first collection is filled with spring-worthy styles, including stripes, printed denim and bright yellows, to keep you looking polished and on-trend all season long.

To show you what we mean, check out editor’s picks from the new line — then head over to Kate Spade Saturdays fun (and functional — you can even put together outfits!) site to see the full collection.

Here are my favorite looks from the line — shop ‘em below. Then tell me which looks you’re adding to your spring wish list.
