Caption It: Ben Affleck And Rachel McAdams At ‘To The Wonder’ Premiere

To The Wonder co-stars Ben Affleck and Rachel McAdams kibitzed at the film’s premiere last night, going on about any of the following: How awesome Argo was, how awkward Affleck’s Oscar speech about his wife was, how odd Terrence Mallick is…the possibilites are endless.

Affleck and McAdams were joined at West Hollywood’s Pacific Design Center by co-star Olga Kurylenko, who’s been a busy bee as of late promoting Oblivion alongside Tom Cruise.

About To The Wonder: After meeting in Paris, Marina (Kurylenko) and Neil (Affleck) visit Mont Saint-Michel, then move to his native Oklahoma, where problems arise. Marina meets a priest and fellow exile (played by Javier Bardem), who is struggling with his vocation.  Meanwhile, Neil reconnects with a childhood friend, Jane (McAdams).

“I think it’s a very deep film,” Kurylenko told Indie Wire at last September’s Toronto Film Festival.  “It’s heartbreaking. Because it’s not an easygoing relationship that’s portrayed, and it’s very sad, but yet it’s so true, because these things happen. But it teaches us a lot about love, I think. It’s about love in all its forms. I was surprised to see what scenes didn’t make it in the final cut. I honestly expected a harder picture, a darker picture.”
