Charlize Theron Sells A Little Piece Of Music History

The home that inspired The Beatles' "Blue Jay Way" has been sold for $3.8 million.

Charlize Theron is handing over the keys to a one-of-a-kind Beatles memorabilia.

The Oscar-winning actress has recently sold her Hollywood Hills manion for $3.8 million -- the very same home inspired George Harrison to write "Blue Jay Way" for the British band.

Reportedly, the guitarist penned the song while waiting for a friend to arrive to the three bedroom, three bathroom abode.

According to records, Theron, 37, purchased the property in 2009 for $3.625 million before listing the home in 2012.

Aside from Harrison, previous celebrities that lived in the "Bird Streets" neighborhood include Jennifer Aniston, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jodie Foster, Keanu Reeves and Theron's The Cider House Rules co-star, Tobey Maguire.
