Justin Bieber Is Not Gay, Contrary To What You May Have Read On E!’s Twitter
The "E! Online" Twitter feed and text message services were hacked on Saturday.
The post that started it all went live at around 10 a.m. PT, on E!’s Twitter, which has more than 5 million followers:
The account has since been suspended.
“Our account @eonline has been compromised and some incorrect information as sent out. We’re working with Twitter now to fix this,” the network announced on its news Twitter account.
According to The Wrap, E! Online’s text message subscribers also received a number of other messages during the hack, including one that read, “E! News Breaking: Justin Bieber arrested in Dubai due to false tweets with him coming out situation developing.”
Bieber, who himself has more than 38 million followers on Twitter, is scheduled to perform in Dubai on Saturday night, followed by a second show on Sunday.
