Reese Witherspoon Buys Her Third Brentwood Mansion For $3 Million
She’s the girl next door — and the next one over too.
With two existing homes located around Brentwood Circle just outside of Los Angeles, Reese Witherspoon has purchased her third property in the swanky neighborhood for a whopping $3 million, according to Zillow’s real estate blog.
The four bedrooms, four bathrooms ranch-style home is described as an “enchanted cottage” that’s “warm and inviting,” which might very be the perfect retreat for Oscar winner and her husband, Jim Toth, after recently slapped with a disorderly conduct and DUI charge respectively.
In total, Witherspoon has splashed out $11,050,000 on properties around the area, owning a combined 1.32 acres of prime real estate.
The Mud star picked up her first mansion late 2003 when she was still married to actor Ryan Phillippe. According to property records, Witherspoon shelled out $4.725 million for a 7,000 square foot Mediterranean-inspired mansion before dropping $3.325 million in July 2009 for a 3,000 square foot residence nearby.
Witherspoon’s property portfolio also includes a $760,000 home in her native Nashville, Tenn. and her Ojai, Calif. ranch where she marries Toth — which is now up for sale to the tune of $8.9 million.
