January Jones Says It’s Not Your Business To Know About Her Baby Daddy
This mom is keeping mum.
Like the meaning of life, the identity of January Jones’ baby daddy has eluded us all — and the Mad Men actress plans to keep it that way.
In an interview with the New York Times, the 35-year-old says she’ll never reveal who fathered her 20-months-old son, Xander.
“That’s my son’s business,” she tells the publication. “It’s not the public’s business.”
“Jack Nicholson once told me: ‘You should never give your personal life away, otherwise people will pick you apart. They’ll never believe in your character.’”
Jones has been previously linked to Jason Sudeikis before he and Olivia Wilde became a couple. Reports in the rumor mill also suggest actor Michael Fassbender or X-Men: First Class director Matthew Vaughn to be the baby’s father.
However, Jones’ lips remain sealed.
To cap it all off, she also gives a quote that will basically end up on every girl’s Facebook page — right next to Marilyn Monroe’s “If you can’t handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don’t deserve me at my best.”
“Women should have lots of secrets,” Jones says. “It’s our right to have secrets. Otherwise, what would we write in our memoirs?”
Get it, girl.
