Jessica Simpson Is Selling Her $8 Million Beverly Hills Mansion

Now that Jessica Simpson and her fiancé Eric Johnson have shelled out $11.5 million on Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne’s Hidden Hills, Calif. estate, it’s time to get rid of their current digs in 90210.

And if you ever wondered how a mommy mogul to a billion-dollar fashion empire lives, just take a look inside her Shabby Chic-designed mansion that just hit the market for a whopping $7.995 million.

The 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath custom-built home evokes the Fashion Star judge’s classic taste -- the white-themed interior is accented with rich details like ebonized hardwood floors, sweeping staircase, high ceilings, restaurant-style gourmet kitchen, media room, office, library and gym.

The pregnant reality star who's expecting baby No. 2 didn’t hold back on the decadent details, especially in the two most important rooms of the house.

The master suite has a sitting area with French doors that open to a large deck with views of the lush grounds.

And 13-month-old Maxwell Drew’s nursery is just as sweet. The pink and white room is perfect for mommy’s little girl, complete with crib, day bed, plenty of ruffles -- and just look at those too cute pink satin ballet slippers!

And outside is just as romantic as the inside. The lushly-landscaped grounds have a serene, magical feel with a Koi pond, dangling willow trees sparkling with lights and swimming pool.

Now we can see why this pricey property is so rich in Hollywood history, with Ellen DeGeneres, actor Paul Hogan and musician Rick Yorn having once called this home.

The structure and design for home is wonderful inside and out, I love everything about the bones of the house and the yard is an oasis. But this could be seen far better with a little color here and there inside the home.
