NYC Housewife Sonja Morgan Wants To Sell Her $7 Million St. Tropez Retreat

Real Housewives of New York City star Sonja Morgan wants to say au revoir to her gorgeous getaway in the South of France… for the right price, that is.

This socialite knows money talks and is already renting the European retreat for nearly $120,000… wait for it… a month! So the lucky owner is going to have splash even more cash to call this home.

“I have to decide what I want to do,” Morgan told Celebuzz. “I love the St. Tropez house.

“But I’d like to get out of Chapter 11.”

The TV vixen filed for Chapter 11 in November 2010, listing nearly $20 million in debts.

But while she’s thinking about counting those multi-millions, potential owners are already vying for the exclusive property — with an offer of $7 million on the table.

“I have buyers right now and I might sell if the price is right,” added Morgan. “So I’m fielding offers.”

And we’re not surprised.

The charming villa has all the character of a French countryside retreat — from the five bedrooms, French doors in every room that open up to the lush green gardens, vine draped patios, sparkling pool and incredible ocean views.

And this isn’t the first home away from home the housewife is getting rid of — she already has her Colorado ranch on the market for a cool $9 million.
