Jim Carrey Sells His Malibu Man$ion For $13.4 Million

After nearly a year on the market, funnyman Jim Carrey finally sold his Malibu mansion.

Even though he was just over $500,000 shy of his asking price, the final amount is nothing to laugh about.

We’re thinking Carrey will be able to do some serious spending damage with $13.4 million in the bank (considering he still made a hefty profit after buying the property in 2002 for $9.75M.)

The lucky new owner will enjoy Carrey’s now former 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom beachfront oasis in one of the seaside city’s most exclusive enclaves of Malibu Colony.

The spacious 2,866 square foot manse has floor-to-ceiling windows to let in the famous California sun, open kitchen, dining, living, and family rooms, and the Malibu must-have — a sprawling deck (that even comes with paparazzi-proof removable privacy walls.)

And we can’t forget the incredible upstairs oceanfront master suite that features a fireplace, balcony, master bath and walk-in closet.

Also upstairs are three additional bedrooms and even more A-list amenities fit for a comedy king — a rooftop viewing deck and spa.
