First Look: Rob Lowe and Ginnifer Goodwin as JFK and Jackie O in ‘Killing Kennedy’

The Kennedys are coming to a small screen near you in November.

In the last 24 hours, the folks at National Geographic Channel have unveiled two official images from Killing Kennedy, the TV movie based on Bill O’Reill and Martin Dugard’s non-fiction book of the same name.

Rob Lowe and Ginnifer Goodwin are picture perfect as John F. Kennedy and Jacqueline Kennedy in these first photos.

The film and book document the final years of Kennedy and Lee Harvey Oswald (played by Will Rothhaar on screen) leading up to the November 1963 assassination of the president. Michelle Trachtenberg portrays Oswald’s wife Marina.

“Just saw @ginnygoodwin as Jackie Kennedy in the sad and awful blood-stained dress. Extremely emotional,” Lowe wrote on Twitter earlier in the week.

“Just saw Rob in GFK GLORY. Overcome!” Goodwin added.

Killing Kennedy will air on National Geographic Channel for the 50th anniversary of JFK’s death.
