Pharrell Williams Knocks $6 Million Off His Massive Miami Bachelor Pad
So Pharrell Williams must really want to offload this pricey pad because he’s now reduced his super-luxe high-rise manse by almost $6 million after just six months on the market -- going from a starter (whopping) figure of $16.8 million to $10.9 million for the Miami penthouse.
And the music mogul is already in the hole for $1.625M, after purchasing the bachelor palace for $12.525 million in 2007. (But what's a couple million when you're worth a reported $77.5M, right?)
So $10.9 million is the new eight-figure digit that will get you a piece of the N.E.R.D. frontman's eccentric design aesthetic.
The sprawling 9,000 square-foot condo comes with five bedrooms, six baths and three floors all surrounded by 180 degrees of wrap-around balconies and terraces overlooking Biscayne Bay.
Like we’re pretty sure the “Blurred Lines” crooner must undoubtedly feel every day, the new owner will also certainly bask in the Sunshine State glory of being on top of the world – literally – living 40 stories up and in constant awe at the stunning views with the help of floor-to-ceiling windows.
Of course, every music superstar needs a grand entryway, private elevator and his very own second-level pool -- so those come with the nearly $11 million price tag.
Other A-list amenities include a leather lounge chair-filled home theatre, game room, summer-style kitchen, tropical rooftop terraces and hardwood and marble floors.
