Jimmy Fallon, Robin Thicke and The Roots Tackled the ‘Classroom’ Version of ‘Blurred Lines’ Last Night

The (unofficial) song of the summer made its way to Studio 6B this week.

That’s right: Robin Thicke and “Blurred Lines” received the Late Night classroom treatment, courtesy of Jimmy Fallon and The Roots.

The gentlemen squeezed into a small room with instruments like a mini xylophone, banana shaker and ukulele to produce one of the most adorable renditions of the infections song.

Between Fallon’s usual giddiness, Thicke’s charms and the G-rated rapping, the performance easily dethrones previous Late Night classroom productions with Carly Rae Jepsen, Christina Aguilera and Mariah Carey.

Sorry, Mimi.
