Days after selling a project to NBC, the talented Tina Fey has lined up a new venture with FOX.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the network has ordered a comedy series from Fey and her former 30 Rock partners Robert Carlock and Matt Hubbard.
FOX and other networks, including NBC, were reportedly in the running to pick up the untitled series, set at a women’s college that has decided to accept men for the first time.
THR reports that Hubbard will write the half-hour long series, while Fey and Carlock will serve as executive producers.
Unfortunately for Liz Lemon fans, Fey will not be in front of the camera for this show.
Earlier this week, the 43-year-old actress, writer and producer inked a deal with NBC for an untitled comedy that centers on a young woman who tries to reconnect with her father and finds a new home and family on Fire Island. The show, also with Fey and Carlock as executive producers, is from the genius of Colleen McGuiness, another 30 Rock alum.
