Justin Long Drops $1.2 Million On This NYC Bachelor Pad
The big screen funny guy just bought a super suave NYC pad that we’re pretty sure is going to impress the designer socks off the Lovelace star.
And he's downsizing with the quaint new home after recently selling his Lower East Side digs for $2.5 million, Celebuzz has learned.
Long, 35, splashed out a cool $1.2 million in June for the contemporary Chelsea digs, according to property records.
The sweet triplex spread comes with 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms and has all an A-lister could want -- with a little something extra special for an a Big Apple abode -- a 300 square-foot private outdoor space, large custom-built closets in every room and a solarium (a.k.a. a fancy sunroom).
Of course, there are other high end features -- Subzero wine cellar, built-in espresso machine in the kitchen, six by six foot triangular Jacuzzi tub and separate shower in master bath.
And the romance-inducing factors don’t stop there. There’s dimmable ceiling lights in every room, motorized shades for every window and the living room is wired with a home theater.
Over on the Lower East Side, Long's former high-rise home is under contract for $2.5 million. He's saying goodbye to his 2-bedroom, 2-bath decadent modern digs complete with breathtaking 360-degree views of the city, river and bridges that he's owned since 2008.
