Kelly Clarkson: ‘I’m So Over’ My Wedding

Don’t ask her about color swatches or floral arrangements because Kelly Clarkson is “so over” planning her wedding.

The”Tie It Up” crooner, who’s set to wed Brandon Blackstock this fall, told Ryan Seacrest on his radio this week that she’s been super busy juggling work and making sure everything is perfect for her big day.

“It’s two months away. It’s end of October. I’m so over it,” she admitted. “It’s so overwhelming. We’re just doing a lot: touring and the wedding and the Christmas album, so I’m over the wedding part.”

The American Idol alum became engaged to Blackstock — the son of Clarkson’s longtime manager Narvel Blackstock and stepson of Reba McEntire — in December 2012 after the dad-of-two proposed with a yellow canary diamond ring.

“I have a 12-year-old and a 6-year-old now … after being single for six years!” Clarkson gushed about Blackstock’s kids from a previous marriage. “We all live together and everything … it’s so different, but it’s perfect. They’re awesome and I actually really dig the mom thing.”

“I am totally my mom. My mom was a hard mom,” she added.
