Adam Levine Developing TV Show Based On Adam Levine

Your chance to watch Adam Levine’s life play out on the small screen is finally here.

The Maroon 5 frontman and Voice judge has teamed up with his buddy, Community writer Gene Hong, to create a semi-autobiographical comedy for NBC, Deadline reports.

The pair are longtime best friends and were roommates before hitting it big, and the series is set to be based on their relationship. Hong will serve as writer on the new project, while Levine will executive produce.

I’m no psychic, but my sit-com senses are tingling with the feeling that this will be an I Love You, Man meets Entourage meets Swingers situation. The term bromance will probably be thrown around at some point. And some jokes about dating models, I presume.

Although Adam has scored major hits with his band Maroon 5 this year, he’s also been dabbling in film and television projects as of late. He will star alongside Keira Knightley and Mark Ruffalo in the upcoming movie, Can a Song Save Your Life? and appeared on the second season American Horror Story.

So, would you watch a show based on Adam Levine’s life? And who would you cast?
