Miranda Kerr has been doling out nutrition/body/fashion/hot person advice for Net-a-Porter’s “Body Beautiful” lifestyle series, and her latest is all about the magical supplements she puts in her ridiculously good body.
So, what are Kerr’s dietary essentials?
“It all starts for me with the noni juice,” the 30-year-old says. “Noni has been used for over 2,000 years by the Polynesians and my grandmother introduced it to me when I was twelve years old and I’ve been drinking it ever since.”
Granny’s ole noni juice, eh? According to Kerr, it’s “it’s not only great for your skin, but it’s also great for your general well-being.”
Ms. Orlando Bloom also enjoys a good avocado, quinoa (she pronounces it kin-oh-aaaah because she’s fancy), acai powder, chia seeds and raw cacao powder. See for yourself, above.
