‘Blurred Lines’ Is Now Officially Over

After dominating the Billboard Hot 100 for 12-consecutive weeks, Robin Thicke’s “Blurred Lines” moved down from number one to two Wednesday on the magazine’s highly competitive chart. The new champion (or eye of the tiger, as she would sing it): Katy Perry’sRoar,” which somehow marks her eighth number-one hit to date. (To put it in perspective: Beyonce only has five.)

Rounding out the top 5: Eminem’s “Berzerk“; Miley Cyurs’ “We Can’t Stop“; and Jay Z’s “Holy Grail” (feat. Justin Timberlake).

Happy end of summer!
