Katy Perry Brings Camp To The Jungle In Official 'Roar' Music Video

Katy Perry released her official music video for 'Roar,' the hit first single off her forthcoming album, Prism, on Thursday.

It's campy. It's silly. It's Katy Perry. And there's a whole lot going on here.

It all starts with a timid Katy emerging from a plane wreck in the middle of the jungle. Her companion is promptly tackled by a tiger, leaving her to fend for herself in the scary wilderness. But don't worry -- she's GOT this.

Soon enough, Perry's the queen of the once big bad jungle. She makes her stiletto into a spear. She brushes crocodile teeth. She's a parrot's best friend. She gives elephants manicures and takes selfies with monkeys. (Sidenote: Couldn't she have just called for rescue with that phone? Never mind.) And Katy does it all while wearing an itsy bitsy grass skirt and cleavage-baring (duh) leopard bikini top.

Oh, and her pet tiger is named Kitty Purry.
