Realty Byte: Ryan Serhant Goes Inside Leonardo DiCaprio’s $18.9 Million Malibu Beach Retreat

This is why Leonardo DiCaprio really is the king of the world.

His stunning Malibu mansion is back on the market for the sweet sum of $18.9 million. (That’s a steal compared to the $23 million he wanted a year ago.)

The Oscar-nominated actor originally bought the compound in 2002 for a more reasonable $6 million and in the last year has taken it on and off the market. He originally wanted $75K a month as a rental, then listed it for $23M, then leased it out again, only to now slash the asking price by $4 million for a lucky bidder.

But we’re not quite sure why the infamous bachelor/modelizer is trying so hard to get rid of the ridiculous digs, considering the huge oceanfront pad is sure to be the perfect supermodel snare.

The pricey Cape Cod-style spread is actually 3 separate homes on one large lot that’s tucked away, just as the notoriously private baseball-capped superstar likes it.

Completely remodeled with 7 bedrooms and 6.5 baths the oasis takes total advantage of the Cali weather surrounded by lush greens lawns and pathways, sprawling sun-drenched deck and rooftop terrace that all lead directly to the sandy white beach inside the celeb-centric ‘Bu Colony.
