She’s back.

Weeks after a federal judge dismissed the lawsuit that rocked Paula Deen’s personal and professional worlds, the former Food Network star has resurfaced in the public eye.

Deen reportedly received a standing ovation from the crowd during a Metro Cooking & Entertaining show put on with her sons Bobby and Jamie.

“This is my first time out in three months . . . the one place I wanted to make my first step out was in Texas. You are forgiving folks with hearts as big as your state,” she added.

Deen’s former restaurant manager Lisa Jackson filed a $1.2 million civil lawsuit against the celebrity chef, accusing the celebrity chef of racism and sexual harassment. Last month, the case was dismissed after a settlement was reached.

She’s not the type to celebrate. She’s the type to go back to work,” Deen’s former husband Jimmy told Celebuzz shortly after.
