Jesse James’ Billion-Dollar Bride Sells Venice Pad for $1.4 Million

When Sandra Bullock’s ex-husband tied the knot (again) in March he was hoping that the fourth time’s the charm.

And Jesse James sure knows how to pick ‘em. From Academy Award-winning actresses to billionaire brides, the new Mrs. James is downsizing her real estate portfolio. And this is one place the tatted-up twosome won’t be making their newlywed nest.

But, when you’re a hair heiress, who needs a 3-bedroom, 2-bath anyway.

Alexis Dejoria, whose father John Paul Dejoria is the founder of Paul Mitchell and Patron (and worth $4 billion), recently sold her Venice, Calif. cottage for $1.425 million, Celebuzz has learned.

The race car driver sold the storybook home in July just few months after tying the knot, according to property records.

Now that the ex-West Coast Choppers reality star has called Austin, Texas home for the last three years since fleeing California when news of his serial cheating made headlines, there’s no need for extra digs (although this one’s probably just a good investment.)

The newly-remodeled abode is on a private cul-de-sac with everything Venice is all about — sun drenched, free-flowing floor plan, beam ceilings, archways, picture windows, French doors, gourmet kitchen, gorgeous deck and tons of charm.
