Despite being blessed with good genes, the Glee actress credits her picture-perfect looks to years of exercise. Like, 15 years of hardcore Pilates.

If anyone thinks the baby weight is going to fall off without doing anything—they are fooling themselves!” Hudson, Shape magazine’s latest cover gal, tells the publication. “I work out to feel great but also to look great. There’s no way a woman gets up to work out at 6:30 a.m. just for the mood boost. She wants to fit into her jeans and look fantastic too.”

“My new thing is that I always carry a jump rope with me. Then whenever I have a break during the day, I’ll just jump,” she says in a very Gwyneth Paltrow-y move. “I can either sit around looking at my phone or I can jump!”

Hmm, though I normally don’t indulge in these GOOP-y things, I am having a hard time getting back into my winter pants. So, I guess the Celebuzz office is going to be seeing some mad double dutch action soon.
