Comedian Michael Ian Black Is Selling His Connecticut Panty-Dropping Palace for $1 Million

Michael Ian Black’s got a new TV gig and he’s looking for a new family pad.

The Burning Love star, who’ll be co-hosting alongside DWTS alum D.L. Hughley on Mark Burnett’s Trust Me, I'm a Game Show Host, is selling his Redding, Conn. compound for more than $1 million, Celebuzz has learned.

The dad-of-two has called this place home since 2002 (during his early TV days sharing the screen with Julie Bowen on Ed) and is saying goodbye to the modern Colonial farmhouse for greener pastures.

The 4,000 square feet abode is a huge three levels and features a gourmet granite-top kitchen that opens to a dining and living area with cozy fireplace for quality family time.

Upstairs you’ll find a media room and two offices -- and on the lower every guy’s ultimate man cave with a wet bar, ping pong table and patio.

The 5 bedrooms also include separate guest quarters and 4 bathrooms (whirlpool tub included in the $1.099M price tag.)

Black's suburban dream covers 2.5 picturesque acres with hiking trials nearby and is just over an hour outside NYC.
