A Tiny Lea Michele Helps Elle Celebrate Women in Hollywood's 20th Anniversary

Since Cory Monteith's death in mid-July, Lea Michele has put on a brave face.  She accepted Choice TV Actress in a Comedy at the Teen Choice Awards in August, thanking fans for their support and choking up as she remembered her late boyfriend.

Since then, she posted a touching photo of her "Finn" necklace, and moved viewers to tears on Glee's farewell episode to Monteith.

Naturally, the events of the past four months have taken their toll on Michele, who arrived at Elle Magazine's 20th anniversary of "Women in Hollywood" last night looking painfully thin in a Calvin Klein cut-out dress.

Michele appeared to be bubbly at the event, held at the Four Seasons Hotel to honor Marion Cotillard, Penélope Cruz, Naomie Harris, Melissa McCarthy, Nancy Meyers, Eva Marie Saint, Reese Witherspoon and Shailene Woodley.

"She talks about Cory constantly," a source told Us Weekly. "She tries to remember the good times."
