Chris Brown Arrested and Charged with Felony Assault
This comes after the singer and his bodyguard were arrested outside the W Hotel in Washington, D.C. at 4:25 a.m. Sunday morning after a fight broke out, leaving once man injured and hospitalized, CB! can confirm.
Brown and his bodyguard are currently behind bars and because courts are closed today won’t be released until they appear before a judge on Monday, which according to police, there is no appearance time as of yet. So that means Brown should be getting comfortable in his cell.
The male victim, who's name hasn't been released, sustained non-life threatening injuries, was treated and released, according to police.
TMZ has reported that as Brown was taking a photo with two female fans, two men rushed over to get in the pic, which pissed off the “Take You Down" singer, who allegedly said “I’m not into this gay s**t, I’m into boxing.” As you can probably guess what happened next, Brown then allegedly punched the victim.
Other sources in Brown’s camp told the outlet the two men and women were actually trying to get on his tour bus and when Brown tried to stop the rush a fight broke out.
Either way, the victim told TMZ the 24-year-old singer broke his nose and he plans to press charges.

The troubled recording artist was with his bodyguard when some female fans allegedly approached Brown for a photo, but problems started when two male fans attempted to sneak into the frame. That's when Brown supposedly said "I'm not into this gay s**t, I'm into boxing,' according to TMZ and threw a punch at one of the men.
Chris was in town to host a party at a local nightclub prior to the altercation. He has not yet been released and the incident is still being investigated. Brown is still on probating stemming from the 2009 domestic violence assault on former girlfriend Rihanna.
