The ‘Entourage’ Movie Is a Go

Several years after the show wrapped up its eight season run on HBO, the Entourage movie is officially on. Jerry Ferrara, who played Turtle on the show, tweeted the good news:

There has been a question whether or not the movie would actually happen, after The Hollywood Reporter published a story last week that the cast and producers were in a disagreement over money. THR’s story claimed that Jeremy Piven had been offered more money to reprise his role as agent Ari Gold and that the other cast-members, specifically Ferrara, Adrian Grenier, Kevin Connolly and Kevin Dillon, were holding out for equally lucrative deals. The cast has denied the report repeatedly; Grenier even took to Instagram (?) to deny that he was holding out for a better deal.

Instead, the cast has argued, it was “scheduling” that was holding up contract negotiations. Whatever the issue, it looks like all has been resolved and that a deal has been reached. Today, we are all Queens Boulevard.
