Taylor Swift Owned the CMA Awards Last Night

Between her stunning Elie Saab gown, her Pinnacle Award honor and her breathtaking acoustic performance, Taylor Swift dominated The 47th Annual Country Music Association Awards last night.

Swift, who also nabbed trophies for her 'Highway Don't Care' collaboration with Tim McGraw and Keith Urban, stole the show with her stripped down performance of 'Red.' Check it out below.

The 23-year-old singer, who has achieved global success in both pop and country music, was presented the esteemed award by Country music luminaries George Strait, Rascal Flatts, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, Keith Urban and Brad Paisley.

Taylor wasn't the only star who shone bright. Carrie Underwood, Connie Britton, Lucy Hale and Miranda Lambert all dazzled on the red carpet. Check out the gallery above to see all of the fashion.
