Paul Wesley Moves Out of His $2,500 a Month Atlanta Panty-Dropping Palace

Paul Wesley’s getting a new lease on life post-split in more ways than one.

The Vampire Diaries star just moved out of his Atlanta pad he shared with soon-to-be ex-wife Torrey DeVitto, CB! has learned.

The comely co-stars called off their 2-year marriage in July and shortly after he also ended his year-long lease in the Southern neighborhood where the hit CW series films.

And while he was forking over a very reasonable (by Hollywood standards) $2,500 for the charming crib, it just sold for $500K.

The 31-year-old small screen heartthrob took over the quaint 1,800 square foot Craftsman bungalow as his home away from Tinseltown, where he also just sold his stunning Hollywood Hills digs for $1.7 million.

And it’s obvious why the sexy vampire chose this as his temporary abode. The classic circa 1917 home has beautiful period features with light-filled large rooms, hardwoods throughout, built-in cabinetry, coffered ceilings, pretty trim detail, and modern touches.

Wesley also enjoyed an office off the kitchen for at-home scene study, separate sitting room for peace and quiet and not to mention four fireplaces and an outdoor spa to cozy up to after a long day’s work killing vampires and making out with Nina Dobrev in Mystic Falls.
