'RHOM' Star Alexia Echevarria Dishes on Fellow Cast Members

Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim 2014
Ahead of tonight's Real Housewives of Miami reunion (10/9 c on Bravo), I caught up with Alexia Echevarria about the past season, co-star Lisa Hochstein's behavior in Las Vegas, and what she really thinks of co-star Lea Black.

Echevarria, who is the executive editor of Venue Magazine, joined the rest of the girls for Joanna Krupa's infamous bachelorette ahead of the season finale.  What transpired over those 24 hours in Vegas revealed another side of Hochstein viewers had never seen before.

"Lisa's mentality was, 'Ok, we're in Vegas. This is what you're supposed to,'" Echevarria told me.  "I don't agree with that or disagree. I pretty much behave the same way in any city, but I get it.

"I know how to have a good time, and I thought it was so ignorant when Lisa told me that I have no personality because I'm old," she said.

"The thing with Lisa is that she likes to push your buttons.  When you react, she gets defensive."

No sleep + libations make for very on-edge housewives.

"We had started very early," Echevarria added.  "We went 24 hours without sleep, with each other. That really did it."

One person's attitude, however, pleasantly surprised Echevarria.

"I had a lot of fun with Lea. I saw a different side of her that I hadn't seen yet on camera. I have seen that [off camera].

"I know Lea well enough to know that, and in Vegas I saw that side of her that I love, that she loves to have fun. I thought she was a team player; she went along with everything and didn't complain about anything.

"Lea is Lea. I love the way she looks, how she puts herself together. You know what? She doesn't give a shit, and thats what I really respect and love about her."

Part I of The Real Housewives of Miami reunion airs tonight at 10pm EST on Bravo.
