Jennifer Lawrence Explains Why One May Find Miley Cyrus' Antics "Disgusting"
In a recent interview BBC Newsnight, actress Jennifer Lawrence gives her two cents on fellow starlets like the "We Can't Stop" singer and the sexualization of the young women in Hollywood, explaining that Cyrus' camel toe is just a way to ensure more money in the bank.
"It's definitely something that's just kind of a part of this world," The Hunger Games: Catching Fire star says. "It is a part of the entertainment industry that sells. Sex sells, and for some disgusting reason young sex sells even more."
Though Lawrence, 23, doesn't flaunt ladybits to the world, she doesn't necessarily disagree with Cyrus' choices either.
"Everybody's got their own path and they've got their own way of finding themselves," she explains. "For some people, that's how they feel best, that's how they feel sexy and that's how they want to perform ... to each their own."
In fact, the Oscar winner understands that she herself have used her sexuality in the past, telling interview Zoe Conway that she doesn't feel bad for stripping down in a GQ spread when she was younger.
"It was a PR move basically, that I was completely comfortable with," she says. "I don't have any regrets about that."
