Shia LaBeouf Sells His $625K Glendale Panty-Dropping Palace
And after a complete renovation, the brawl-loving actor decided calming yellow would have more curb appeal -- and CB! has the inside pics.
It may have been the warm color palette (or just the fact that the house is totally adorable), but either way it only took two months for someone to snatch it up for about $590,000 in November.
Located in the charming Glendale Rancho district, where LaBeouf's been known to walk around with a paper bag over his head, the thespian lived here as he was moving up the Hollywood food chain in 2007, and when he realized the digs weren’t fitting for a Tinseltown "It boy" he relocated (and seriously upgraded) to a $1.8M party pad in Sherman Oaks in 2009.
But he left the quaint crib behind and after fixing it up four years later put it on the market for $625,000.
The 2-bedroom, 2-bath spread is only 1,300 square feet, but you know what they say... big things come in small packages. It has a large front porch, rich hardwood floors and French doors.
The 27-year-old, who’s starring next alongside Brad Pitt in Fury, even threw in a few extra bucks for recessed lighting in the living room and dining room and maple cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances in the eat-in kitchen.
The bathrooms only feature “newer” bathtubs and vanities, but on the up side the landscaping is brand spanking new and showcases the abundant fruit trees. And the sizable master (with bay window for added character and spying) is Nymphomaniac-approved.
