Lamar Odom Gets 3 Years Probation in DUI Case
The troubled NBA star was also ordered by the judge to attend a three-month alcohol program and pay a $390 fine, plus penalties of $1,814, according to the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office.
The 34-year-old was pulled over in September by the California Highway Patrol for driving too slow. After he failed several field sobriety tests, he spent the night in a Van Nuys, Calif. jail.
As a result of his arrest, Odom’s driver’s license was also suspended. There will be a separate hearing by the Department of Motor Vehicles on the status of his license in the near future.
