Angelina Jolie's Private Jet Grounded, Banned From Flying
According to documents from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the 38-year-old did not file a new airworthiness certificate for her plane before the certificate expired on June 30th.
According to NY Post's Page Six, FAA documents noted that a renewal application was sent to the agency but it arrived too late. FAA sent a letter to Jolie's Chivan Productions at the beginning of September that they could not process the renewal because application did not arrive in time.
Despite this, flight records allegedly show the plane was flown in Montana in October. The documents don’t indicate who piloted it, but show it was flown without a valid certificate.
Uh, oh. Someone is in trouble!
