Peek Inside Cameron Diaz’s $9 Million NYC Panty-Dropping Palace
Being a millionaire many times over sure helps get that view from the top, and that’s why The Other Woman star was able to plunk down some serious bank on the $9.3 million price tag that came with her brand new swanky high-rise pad she reportedly just bought in the Big Apple.
And Celebuzz can show you some new inside pics.
We don't know why she would ever want to move out of the Kelly Wearstler-designed decadence she now calls home in the West Village that is so awesome that ELLE Décor decided to dedicate an entire cover story to all the luxe (think pink onyx, custom made brass bed, drawers lined in raw black silk, hammered metal on the back of the doors, and an emerald green kitchen.)
But, we gotta say, her recently purchased Chelsea crib ain't too shabby.
The 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom abode is in one of Manhattan’s most exclusive buildings built in 1929 and completely decked out with modern amenities.
Each bedroom has views of Big Apple landmarks, including the Statue of Liberty and Freedom Tower and comes with two things that are nearly extinct in NYC -- abundant closet space and over 3,000 square feet of entertaining room.
And, of course, only the finest details -- tilt and turn windows, millwork and lighting, marble and limestone countertops, radiant floor heating, French herringbone oak flooring, and a securtity system.
The en suite bathrooms are all adorned with marble features and the master bath is nothing less than amazing… with a freestanding cast iron bathtub, steam shower with body sprays and rain, and heated towel racks by Waterworks.
Oh, and we can’t forget the high-rise living must-haves -- a 24-hour doorman, concierge, library lounge with pantry and bar, children’s playroom, fitness center with yoga room, sauna and landscaped common roof deck with dining area, sun lawn, observation area and covered cabana room.
