Now You Can Make Your Very Own ‘Arrested Development’ Cornballs

Fantastic news just in time for an onslaught of holiday parties, someone has finally developed a recipe for Arrested Development’s infamous cornballs. Fortunately, this variety is cooked in a regular pot, rather than the Cornballer so there’s a reduced risk of bodily harm.

The (vegan) recipe was developed by HelloGiggles’ Randy Milgram, here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose or whole-wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn kernels
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened plain almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon flax
  • oil for frying

HelloGiggles has the step-by-step directions, but this is what they’ll look like once you’re through.

Let’s hope you’ve got better luck making them than the Bluths:
