That’s why he’s selling his Los Angeles party pad for a cool $1.92 million.
After numerous complaints from his neighbors, Brown moved from his West Hollywood condo into this uber-modern Hollywood Hills home in 2011.
The 3-bedroom, 3-bath Jay Vanos design has an open layout and because walking across 2,500 square feet can be taxing when your a spoiled celeb, there’s an elevator at Brown’s convenience.
The contemporary crib, that hit the market only a few days ago, is filled with the 24-year-old’s signature graffiti art that actually complements the soaring ceilings and walls of glass.
And, of course, the Grammy winner has only A-list amenities at his fingertips in this bachelor pad — gourmet Boffi kitchen and bathrooms, shower massage, green roof, and plenty of entertaining space surrounded by custom LED lights. And for added entertainment fun, Brown can put on a colored light show in the salt water pool or watch movies using the projection screen around the fire pit.
But even with his new surroundings and a new roof over his head, Brown hasn’t created any neighborly love. For one person next door, he says if the singer packed things up, it would be music to his ears.
“My prayers would be answered,” Harold Shabo told Celebuzz. “There’s so much partying that goes on when he’s in town.
“He’s a 24-year-old who came into a lot of money and unfortunately he didn’t have the parenting he should have had.”
Although the late night shindigs have been an issue, the graffiti wasn’t an eyesore, at least for Shabo.
“He had a right to put it on his house,” he added. “I think people overreacted.”
