Vin Diesel Honors Paul Walker In Tribute Video
Actor Vin Diesel posted a lengthy, emotional tribute to his late Fast and the Furious co-star Paul Walker on Facebook yesterday, giving fan a "glimpse of Dom and Brian off screen," as the actor said in the post. Watch the video below.
Diesel wrote to his followers, "You have always been so supportive, especially in these past two months. So, I wanted to share something personal that I worked on through the New Year, in honor of my brother Pablo… Paul."
The footage features Walker and Diesel spending time together in a number of ways, from promoting the Fast and the Furious franchise to simply hanging out.
When Walker died, Diesel was very open about his grief. "When I heard, I immediately flew back to California, and went directly from the plane to his mother's house...," Diesel wrote on Facebook shortly after accident "I thought they needed my strength, but realized when I got there and broke down before his family, that it was I who needed theirs." He continued, "His mother hugged me and said I am so sorry... I said sorry? You're the mother who lost a son?... She said yes, but you lost your other half..."
Walker passed away on Nov. 30 in a fiery car crash.
