As we near the 100th episode of Glee, we are learning more about which guest stars will be appearing on the landmark episode of the show.

The Hollywood Reporter reports exclusively that Gwyneth Paltrow is currently in discussions to return as substitute teacher Holly Holliday.

In some surprising casting news, former Gossip Girl star will also appear in the episode. Matthew Morrison gave a hint as to whom Chace will be playing.

"I think he's going to be Dianna Agron's new love interest," Matthew Morrison told E!'s Marc Malkin last night at Audi's pre-Golden Globes party at Cecconi's in West Hollywood.

He added, "His name is Biff. He's kind of a Yalie degenerate."

Morrison also revealed that Kristin Chenoweth will appear in the episode and they will be singing a Pink song.

The anniversary episode will follow vindictive principal Sue Sylvester, played by Jane Lynch, who manages to achieve her goal of putting and end to McKinley High's Glee club once and for all.

The two-part episode is set to air March 18 and 25.
