CB! has confirmed that just as quickly as their relationship fizzled after her infamous cheating scandal, after nearly three short months on the market, the Twilight hunk sold his Los Angeles mansion for $6.375 million as of Tuesday — a nice profit from the $6.2 million he dropped on the compound a few years ago.
Ready for a new start, the 27-year-old originally put the historic Los Feliz landmark up for grabs to the tune of $6.75 million.
The charming 1922 Spanish colonial estate has long been a hallmark home among celebs (i.e. Noah Wylie and Tim Curry called themselves one-time owners) in the tony L.A. enclave for its unique features, including sprawling finely manicured landscaping, magical gardens, backyard amphitheatre, antique tile and stone, hand-carved wood, hand-stenciled ceilings, tropical swimming pool, waterfalls and fountains galore.
