Now That He Bought Robert Pattinson’s Pad, Jim Parsons Is Selling His Los Feliz Panty-Dropping Palace for $1.85 Million
And baller status means bigger contracts, better roles -- and even sweeter digs.
So why not get rid of his starter home for $1.85 million and drop a cool $6.35 million on Robert Pattinson’s awesome mansion?
Well, Parsons thought that was a really good idea.
CB! has confirmed the 40-year-old actor put his Los Angeles spread in the hipster nabe of Los Feliz on the market a week ago, and if the price is right for a lucky new buyer, The Big Bang Theory star will be making a big profit ($550,000, to be exact). And according to RealEstalker, moving up the Tinseltown ladder of A-list influence has given him more than enough dough to drop on Pattinson's former nearby love nest.
Parsons and his longtime partner Todd Spiewak bought their first place in 2009 and since then have remodeled it from top to bottom. The hillside home has 3 bedrooms and 4 baths and with nearly 3,000 square feet the open floor plan filled with traditional and modern furniture mixtures boasts cozy fireplaces in the living and dining rooms and a chef’s kitchen for entertaining.
Or for privacy, head downstairs to the den/office and the master suite with adjoining sitting room, large en-suite stone and granite bathroom with spa tub and a huge walk-in closet that showcases Parsons penchant for dress shirts.
And we're sure the couple wasted no time taking advantage of the year-long sunny Cali weather on the charming patio and terrace with stunning skyline views of the city.
