At last year’s Grammys, singer/songwriter Skylar Grey ditched the dress code for the night’s most memorable red carpet sideboob.
This year, though, she played it safe with more modest, but still sexy, stomach cleavage.
“This was actually my first choice… I saw a rack of dresses my stylist brought, and this was the first was I tried on,” she told Celebuzz Sunday on the Grammys red carpet of her stunning floor length Michael Costello nude pleather gown and Chic jewels.
“It’s edgy, but classy because I don’t like to do too girly.”
And it was all about a different color and covering up just a bit more after 2013’s underboob incident in that slinky red dress (that didn’t quite follow the wardrobe advisory intended to keep butt cracks, nipples and too much skin from popping up… or out.)
“I had straight sideboob last year, but I didn’t know about the rule! But this year nobody cares!” said Skylar, who took home a Grammy for co-writing the night’s Best Dance Recording for Zedd and Foxes “Clarity.”
“I don’t think this is very risqué, this is not a side boob, I don’t even have cleavage, you don’t see my ass cleavage.”
