PICS: Justin Bieber Turns Himself In to Toronto Police

The pop star's manager Scooter Braun speaks out.

Justin Bieber just arrived at the Toronto police station to turn himself in -- and CB! has the photos.

According to reports from of our northern neighbors, the Canadian singer is being charged with assault after allegedly roughing up a limo driver during his visit home Dec. 29 after he took in a Toronto Maple Leafs hockey game where he was spotted in a VIP box.

Bieber was escorted Wednesday night by several officers who guided the 19-year-old pop star through a massive flood of journalists, photogs, and screaming fans.

It still remains unclear whether or not it's Bieber or a member of his entourage who is at the crux of the complaint.

The "Boyfriend" singer can now add this recent run-in to a long list of bad boy behavior that's landed him in legal hot water over the last few weeks, including a police raid at his California house, drug possession and arrest of his BFF Lil Za, and his very own stint behind bars for allegedly drag racing under the influence.

Bieber's manager Scooter Braun has taken to social media to plead with people to hold their judgment when it comes to the teen idol.

We can't wait to see mug shot No. 2... but this one is still priceless.

You know, "Scooter" might just want to look inward and see what blame he holds for this kid's downward spiral. He's supposed to be watching out for him, but he's a typical "yes man" on the payroll who doesn't want to piss off his cash cow and get the boot. Managers are a dime a dozen in Hollyweird and he knows that.
