Ke$ha Postpones Tour to Seek Further Treatment for Eating Disorder
Ke$ha has postponed her upcoming shows after a month into her treatment for an eating disorder.
"I was so looking forward to performing at these dates but I need to follow my doctor’s advice and get my health back on track,” the singer said in a statement Tuesday. “All of your support during this time has been so amazing. I couldn’t have done this without you all. I look forward to coming back stronger than ever on the next tour.”
According to her official website, the "Timber" crooner's shows on March 15 and April 13 have been affected. The dates have been postponed to allow Ke$ha to continue seeking treatment at Chicago's Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center, which she checked into earlier this year.
Ke$ha thanked her fans' support late January, tweeting:
hey It's Kesha from treatment. I just wanted to say that this is really hard and necessary work. I'm grateful for all the love and supportA friend close to the K$ has also stated that she is "doing well" and "overwhelmed to tears" by the love she has received.

The songstress' mother, Pebe Sebert, is also staying with Ke$ha at the same facility -- seeking treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder -- after producer Dr. Luke allegedly called her daughter a "f**king refrigerator."
