Watch Kim Kardashian, Oprah and Others Bid Jay Leno Goodbye with a ‘Sound of Music’ Parody

In honor of Jay Leno’s final Tonight Show, Billy Crystal called every number in his phonebook—no one knows how he got Kim Kardashian’s phone number—to arrange a little send off for TV’s biggest chin.

The crew, which includes Jack Black, Kim Kardashian, Chris Paul, Sheryl Crow, Jim Parsons, Carol Burnett and Oprah Winfrey, sang their own version of “So Long, Farewell” from The Sound of Music. For her part, Oprah sang: “So long, farewell / You really raised the bar / If you were me / You’d buy them all a car.”

During the episode, there were also recorded goodbyes for Leno from the likes of President Obama, Matt Damon, Mark Wahlberg, Charlie Sheen, Martha Stewart and Jimmy Fallon, who will take over The Tonight Show starting Feb. 17.

Saying his goodbye, Leno said of his time on the show: “It’s been a great institution for 60 years. I’m so glad I got to be a part of it, but it really is time to go and hand it to the next guy. And in closing, I want to quote Johnny Carson, who was the greatest guy to ever do this job: ‘I bid you all a heartfelt good night.'” His last words at the end of the episode were “Thank you, everybody. Watch Jimmy Fallon. See you later. I’m coming home, honey.”
