Seth Meyers Sells L.A. Pied A Terre for $430,000

Now that Seth Meyers is taking over Jimmy Fallon’s Late Night desk in NYC, he won’t need a place to hang his hat on the West Coast anytime soon.

So he and his new wife sold their West Hollywood pied a terre for a not-too-shabby $430,000, CB! has learned.

According to property records, the newly-minted Mr. and Mrs. Meyers, who tied the knot on Martha’s Vineyard last September, got the perfect wedding gift when they unloaded the 1-bedroom pad in October at a slight loss (The SNL star’s lawyer other half, Alexi Ashe, bought the digs in 2006 for $500K).

Located in one of the most historic buildings in WeHo, the top floor Spanish spread looks out over a charming courtyard setting and comes with a plethora of 1920s vintage accents — 9-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, cozy fireplace, and it’s just a hop, skip and a jump from Sunset Boulevard.

Coming in at a teeny 700 square feet, it seems the couple doesn’t mind tight quarters, considering they put their newly-acquired cash to good use by plunking down $3.525 million on a 990 square foot Big Apple abode just last month.

The high-priced property is in the trendy West Village nabe.

And has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, hardwood floors and, according to the listing, “immense closets.” The Manhattan skyline views are pretty nice, too.
